Anna Annino

Anna Annino is an associate in the firm’s Business Department. She advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including regulatory compliance, corporate formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. As a member of the Trade Sanctions & Export Controls practice group, Anna assists clients with compliance with U.S. export regulations and sanctions programs, including development of compliance programs and compliance with OFAC regulations.
